[Dende had finally managed to come out of his room. Not from a burst of courage, more like the big talking orange berry in his room was scaring him.
The library seemed like the safest place to go, there was a lot of light and people came in and out a lot, but they weren't noisy. He just wanted a nice quiet place to rest. The events from the previous week had left him scared and confused and more homesick then ever.
For now Dende just curled himself up on a chair by the window. He jumps at any loud sudden noises and is not his usual cheery and chipper self.]
