Location: The woods.
Summary: Eddie manages to find Ophelia in the woods, he wants to talk.

The drowned woman looked at Eddie and glared at him. "What?" she said, carefully wording each thing so it didn't seem like she felt guilty for killing Eddie, thus why she had been more reclusive than normal.

"Don't you have better things to be doing?"

"I've been lookin' for you all week," The larger man answered back, he approaching Ophelia as he spoke again, a sadder frown touching his features. "So, I'd say you're more important than anythin' else at the moment."

"An all I wanna do is talk with you, we need to try to at least manage that." without yelling and killing each other. was the unspoken part of that sentence, the roadie trying to remain relatively positive about this.

"Don't you have friends who currently want my head on a silver platter?" she spat out.

"Why don't you go to them?"

He held his ground, equally as stubborn as Ophelia could be. "I want to be with you. I think they can deal with that or go the hell away."

"We need to figure this out, well- not the know you," He waved his hand a little to dismiss his own death.
"but our relationship, kind of nice to know what we're doin' sides tryin' to drive each other up the wall and then makin' out."

"And I love you too." Of course she did. Even if she was a crazy bipolar bitch who needed therapy, medication or quite possibly both.

That earned a smile from the larger man, that giving him more gusto to go on with what he was trying to rattle off, "So- maybe if we had some ground rules or somethin', we could keep things balanced. Keep what happened from happenin' again."

"Oh, please, tell me what your ground rules are." She could already see where this would go. Poor Sainted Eddie putting up with Ophelia again.

"Did you miss the we part in that?" And Eddie could read her tone pretty well. "Its somethin' both of us would decide on. Not just me or just you."

"You know what I want." She let out cooly. "But I won't get it now will I?"

[kingroadie]

"Ophs." He sighed at that, somehow unsurprised that this came up. "Besides drownin' me. What do you want?"

[girlofthedusk]

"Well, you obviously just proved you only listen to the worse. How about the Nine-Hundred times I asked to be defended. Because after I killed you everyone had their fun with the 'I knew its' even though I was the only one trying to heal you still."

Miscommunication between these two? NEVER.

He almost argued back- but bit back, knowing it was pretty much what started the fight back in Paris in the first place. He just nodded, trying to keep himself from feeling too frustrated. "I can do that and I will."

Easy to say, he already knew she'd lob that at him in some way so he tried to prove his point. "When the trial comes up- I'll take the stand in your defense."

Now that caught her off guard and it showed, "Excuse me?"

Eddie was a little surprised himself, but he was doing his best not to show it. Thus a confident facade.

"When they call you in for trail, I'm gonna defend you." The roadie wasn't sure if this was him losing his mind or just being protective over his girlfriend. Either way the roadie was throwing the blame onto himself. "I hit you first, remember? So its my fault."
