Basically, I decided that on my lunchbreak today I was in desperate need of some fresh air. I was fed up of sitting at my desk and seeing blue skies etc so I thought today, on my lunchbreak, screw it- I’m going outside.
Pulled my ipod on, walked for 10 minutes, turned round and walked back again.
Little legs are screaming at me cos I was pounding the streets too/hard fast but oh, that 20 minutes of being outside, in the sunshine, in the fresh (well as fresh as its gets walking around an industrial park for 20 minutes) air… oh it was heavenly I tell you
