Rhubarb Crumble & Custard
I went back to the Doctor's today. I'm shifting the bronchitis nicely, however my asthma is worse than ever. My peak flow was barely hitting 260. Last Thursday it was poor at 300. It's usually around the 380 mark. I spent another half hour on the nebuliser, am now on another weeks course of even-stronger steroids and have been signed off work for the week with 'severe asthma' - yeah seriously.
So, now I'm watching Heroes 1x02. Well, no. I'm looking for 1x02. I saw 1x01 earlier and am intrigued. It's weird but I think I want to watch more... not 100% sure to be honest, but hey, it'll give me something to do, right?
