I am glad you are having a good day after a stressful week!
Especially that you are taking steps toward your goal but not stressing yourself out but setting managable goals. I too am struggling with something similar, trying to be more mindful of what I am eating, trying to cut on the unnessary sugar intake, like just the small things on which I can work bc it really adds up. I also struggle a lot with drinking too little. I always get thirsty shortly before going to bed but I should start in the morning bc if I start drinking huge amounts in the evening/ at night I'm running the whole night haha^^
Good days were you finally get to those things that kept piling up are absolutely satisfying and I am glad you got to that after all the stress.
Loving the goals! I definitely want to take notes on the reading goal! (And on the more mindful eating and drinking more goal!)
