I have not yet got the hang of mornings again. This whole getting up and getting ready thing is killing me. It's definitely not helping that the world outside my duvet is cold and dark and my duvet is warm and snuggly and loves me.
I didn't sleep too well last night either which really didn't help. Partially my own lazy ass fault for sleeping in til nearly 11am but I also couldn't' switch my brain off or get comfortable. When I did sleep, I had chaotic dreams about being chased while trying to find something. I also remember finding a scat club, a perfume shop where Miley Cyrus sold you a perfume based on your bag, and cuddling with a chihuahua called Charlie.
Yeah, I have no idea.
I want to try and work out making morning and evening routines this week. I've got a blank spread in my bujo for them, I'm now just working on. I have an idea, I just need to put them into practice for a couple of weeks and see what works.
My main overall goal for this week is: drink more water and walk 1/4 mile every day.
And now my alarm says 'go to work, Cassie!'
