Oh my Chuck!
Once upon a time I was in love with a little show called Supernatural - you may have heard of it. I used to get up at ridiculously early o'clock and watch along with the US before work. I used to go to all the conventions. There was all the flail and all the squee
Somewhere along the road, I fell out of love. They introduced a character that I really didn't like and the elements of the show that I loved the most seemed to get pushed aside in favour of that character. Then it became far too much about the angels and the demons - and not enough about hunting things and saving people.
I kept watching though because I still loved those brothers but I got further and further behind.
Things perked up for a while when one of my favorite genre actors joined the show... but then sadly I became very bored of his character.
THEN... oh, then... Then Season 11 happened and my love for this little show got reignited. There were new characters who I loved, a pretty awesome storyline I actually cared about, I got excited about watching and hooboy it got a little dark at times. And it was beautiful and it was glorious. And my squee came back and my flail came back and at one point I actually had to pause the TV to squee and clap and OH MY CHUCK.
I watched season 11 in 3 days. Season 12 has just finished downloading. I'm planning on being up to date in time for 13x01 and lets face it, 23 episodes in 43 is hardly difficult. Did I mention I'm actually excited to watch again and it's making me feel fantastic
