It's Friday morning, 06:40, my alarm went off 10 minutes ago but I've been awake for about an hour already. I woke up because I was cold, although I didn't sleep particularly well all night - kept waking up. I didn't have my Fitbit on though so I don't know what my sleep stats were actually like. Note to self - stick it on charge when you're in the shower.
So, today: shower, dress, go to work for a couple of hours, go to the doctor, see what happens and take it from there.
