Productive & Popular
Wow, what a day it's been. I'm pretty exhausted but feeling really good right now. As the title suggests, I've been very productive and feeling very popular.
I started the day with 10 items on my to-do list. I cleared 9 of them - I wasn't able to do the vacuuming because my wrist started screaming at me to stop and rest. I was good and listened to it. I also managed to do a wee bit of catching up on some TV shows. I'm still miles behind on absolutely everything but I finished the Vixen animated series, caught up to Arrow 3x16, The Flash 1x16, Agents Of SHIELD 2x22 and Agent Carter 2x06.
I'm a flailing little llama over Arrow, The Flash and Shield... holy shit, basically!
Popularity wise... well I think the fact I'm not able to work right now with my wrist is actually a blessing in disguise. My phone has been ringing off the hook from agencies wanting to send my CV off, arranging interviews and actually starting a temp-to-perm job.
Yeah, back out to the same place but in the Facilities & Premises department as 'Office Manager' - more rounded role and better money. Win!
Now, however, my wrist is aching so I think it's time to put the splint back on, take some ibuprofen and press play on something else pretty
