I'm a confused wee llama. I sent my external hard-drive back to the manufacturer, but they said the shock damage was outside the warranty, wouldn't replace it and would return it to me.

I received in the post from them today... a brand spanking new hard-drive! Hurrah.

Not complaining, just... confused!

I have however lost everything on it. *pouts* Guess I better get re-downloading then!
