Shenanigans on the horizon

Jan 02, 2015 21:33

I do like it when we're still only on January 2nd and I have shenanigans planned through April. Makes me think I'm going to do well on the 2015 goal of 'have fun'!

Weekend of the 14th February is the MCM Midlands Expo which happens right here in Telford. And considering you can basically see the TIC from mum's house, it'd be rude not to go.
whiskyinmind is going to be a dealer there as well, so it's a two-fer! Yay comic con and yay see friends.
Now we just need MCM to announce a guest or two...

A couple of weeks later,
charlies_dragon and I are toddling down to Essex. Why? Because the lovely Gary Quinn has decided that Basildon is just the place to do a gig. Well, I've never been there so I guess it counts as a shiny new place...

March finds me seeing Ward Thomas in Birmingham. At the Library in the Institute which is just round the corner from work. I've not seen them do a headline show, and I am completely in love with their album so I'm looking foward to it.

Then, in April, I'm taking my mummy to Edinburgh for her birthday. We're going to go to the Castle, walk the Royal Mile and go see the Giant Pandas in the Zoo.

So there we go, the first quarter of 2015 is shaping up to be much fun for this wee llama \o/

sho should have a tag, ward thomas, gary quinn, dragon, family, edinburgh, concerts, shenanigans, convention
