Stress-head llama

Day two with the wake-up light was kind of a bust, to be honest. But then I had a horrific night - I couldn't turn my brain off and didn't sleep well, and the sleep I did get was filled with weird-bad dreams. I probably got about 3 hours sleep, the rest of the night filled with tossing and turning.

Today, I have Things To Do.
I need to finish packing for shenanigans. Natalie & Laura fly in tomorrow so I'm going to be in London for the week. This requires a bag full of clothes and toiletries and stuff. This is the main thing. I have a little pile of t-shirts and some jeans on the chair, just need to add the rest of it. But THAT involves doing laundry, so I'll be toddling round my mum's today.

I have, however, hit the ridiculous worry/stress/what-if portion of the pre-shenanigan preparations and have all kinds of disaster scenarios running through my head.
GAH

I really would like to crawl back under my duvet now, please
