A random Sunday evening entry
So there I was yesterday making thinkythoughts about Teryl Rothery and My Lord & Master and who should pop up in the first couple of episodes of the 5th season of White Collar? It was very much an 'oh, I recognise THAT voice' kind of moment.
I get the feeling he's recurring this season, which makes me even happier.
I'm so far behind on ALL my tv shows right now. White Collar, just starting the last season is about the most up-to-date I am on anything. And sadly I'm not loving it as much as I did. It's getting a little repetitive, a little eyerolling and eh, it's the Neal & Peter working together to solve the crimes aspect that I love and it's just... that partnership is missing and it's all duplicity and lies and... *sigh*
I've had a very lazyrelaxing day today - mostly curled up in my chair, listening to music and reading fic. My music's been feeling incredibly random though. We've had NoFX, Mest, Hilary Duff, Queen, Avenged Sevenfold, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Twin Atlantic, The Final Wish, Craig Wayne Boyd, Bryan Adams, Kelly Clarkson.. makes me wonder what's gonna be next!
Ficwise, because Bob! won't leave a Dominant Mitchell be, I started poking around on A03 for kinky dom Mitchell fic, and was happily reading and then stumbled across Mitchell/Sheppard which I never even considered before today and now holy hell I want it ALL.
Good job I hadn't actually planned on getting anything done because I've literally only moved from my chair for food/drink/potty etc
Speaking of food... I actually used my rice cooker to cook rice tonight! An old favourite chicken, ham and pea risotto. And how is it that I half a two-person recipe and still have enough leftovers to make another meal with?! I'm gonna run out of space in both my fridge AND my freezer for tupperware pots at this rate LOL
Also half my facebook timeline is talking about ordering Dominoes and now OMFG I WANT A PEPPERONI PIZZA! *pout*
