I've just had my new tenant visit from the housing trust, which thinking about it has been one of the stressors that's been playing on my mind this week - not knowing what was going to happen etc. She seemed happy with everything except for one point. Apparently, I've not done enough towards decorating the flat, they gave me the money blah blah blah. Now, admittedly, I have only done the living room, but it's now finished and I'm happy and yes, I really do need to get on with the kitchen. It's just finding the damn time to do it. She basically said tough shit and that if I've not done significantly more by my next visit, it'll be a mark against me. :(

Guess Bank Holiday weekend in a couple weeks I'll be decorating the kitchen then. And then, idk, a wall every weekend or something?
