As I was leaving work yesterday, my boss called me into his office for a quick word. That phrase, of course, sends terror coursing through your veins.
But what he wanted to say was that he'd been hearing fantastic feedback from all around the company at how efficient accounts has become, and to say 'you're doing brilliant, keep up the good work'!
