I had plans for today. There was going to be housework and blogging about the last weeks' worth of shenanigans and laundry and grocery shopping. Then Jenn Bostic posted that she was playing in Liverpool tonight, and I went 'ooh Liverpool isn't very far' - in fact it's like 75 miles from here. So I said 'Mum, do you fancy a random day out?' and she said 'Where?' and since she's never been to Liverpool, and I've been to one concert venue there...
... Yup, taking my mum to see Jenn Bostic in Liverpool tonight.
For anyone keeping track, that's the third Jenn gig this week.
Slightly sadly that Emma won't be there, but her dad's getting married. Looking forward to seeing Daisy and Jack again though :D
