You and I clearly share a palate, because I agree with you on every one of these. Even the courgette.

One of the things I miss most since I've been dieting is pasta. Not that I can't have it, but I miss being able to have a BIG bowl of pasta and not think about the calories - these days there's too many calories for the amount I like. I could have it but that would be pretty much it for my day!

Have you had courgette cake? You can use it like you do carrots in carrott cake, they make a lovely addition to chocolate cake or brownie. Let me know if you want a recipe!

I would love a recipe, yes please - especially if it's a brownie one!

Personally I like the healthy version best now and the healthy frosting I can eat by the bucket load, which somewhat defeats the purpose! You can get flaxmeal in health food stores, basically it's just ground flaxseed, it's not that expensive. When you make these the batter will look dry, don't be tempted to add more liquid ingredients, the courgettes will dispense a *lot* of water in the baking so will even it out!

The healthy version - Ingredients1/2 cup shredded courgettes (100g ( ... )

Moderation on the pizza? Or I'm sure you could find a way to make it healthier. Otherwise yummy on almost all of them. I have never had Jaffa cakes but that's because we don't have them here. I understand they are quite delicious though.
