Send help, this weather is turning me into a girl! I've just bought two dresses. Well, three but on getting home I've realised one has a tear in it, so I have to take it back *grumps* They're nothing special, just loose-fitting cotton skater dresses from Primark, cost all of £5 each so I got one in purple and one in grey. I had to get them in a size 18 to fit my boobs, but because of the fit and shape, they don't look like I'm wearing a size too big. So yay.
I even walked up to town and back, as well as around town. That would be a 2.2 mile walk. In temperatures around 27C/83F. Clearly, I'm insane but I DO like a good walk and Telford Town Park is so nice to walk through. And hey, fresh air and exercise are never bad things, or so they say. My legs aren't complaining too badly either, so there's that.
Also, there's nothing like letting the agencies know you're available for temp work for make you feel popular.
I've got that weeks work starting next week.
I've had another agency in Shrewbury put me forward for a payroll administrator role.
I've had my favourite agency put me forward for a Purchase Ledger role for the NHS in West Bromwich.
I've had my other favourite agency put me forward for a Senior Purchase Ledger role for a charity in Digbeth.
Let's keep fingers and toes crossed that one of those three works out so I keep working!
