The Sunday Wibble-A-Thon

I went on my Wii Fit last night for the first time this year. I didn't do much, just 10-15 minutes of yoga. And holy crap do I feel it this morning, definitely feels like I worked my muscles and joints out. I'm definitely not a stretchy llama at this point but its a good ache, y'know? My waist, my inner thighs, my hips and my back have definitely been worked. So that's good.

Off up to Manchester tonight to see Emma Stevens and Gary Quinn at the Blue Cat Cafe. Feeling very anxious about it - haven't left the house alone for a couple weeks, don't know the venue, don't know how to get to the venue and don't know anyone going to the gig. That... yeah, very nerve-wracking and I'm terrified but I'm also fairly sure I'll have a good time when I get there. I hope. *gulps*
