(no subject)
I am a total dork who's getting all giddily excited over account reconciliations.
I had this one statement yesterday - really basic, just 3 items on it. One I was showing as paid, the other two not yet due for payment. Ring supplier, advise invoice X was paid on date Y. Supplier says oh we have invoice Z cleared with that payment. I check the computer and say that invoice Z was paid with payment A. We go off the phone and onto emails. An hour and a half later, when I left, we were still picking through misallocations and missing invoices and OH MY GOD YOU GUYS I FREAKING LOVE MY JOB *flails and twirls*
Anyhoo... Gonna need to work on my morning routine. I'm not used to being up when I'm getting up. Claire & Tina didn't get up til after I'd gone, but as I'm getting up Kel, Dila and Dinura are up and in the bathroom and... yeah, not enough space.
I'm thinking I'm gonna have to put my alarm back a half hour and get in the shower at like half six or something. Ugh, that's early though. Will see how it works on Monday.
I stuck a few things up for auction on ebay last week. The auctions end tomorrow lunchtime. They're currently at £125 and every time I look, they've gone up again. I'm just listing The Sims 3, a speech to text program and a digital voice recorder, but if you're interested in having a looksee (or a bid :D) you can click here
