(no subject)
OMG I actually got out the house today, and it felt SO good. My knee is still wonderfully bruised but it's now 'only' twice the size of the other one, I can bend it and I can put some weight on it. So I decided to give driving a go. It took me an hour and a half to get to Tesco and back, and boy was I limping badly around the store, but I did it. I'm now back to RICEing my knee but *happysigh*
I was very excited in Tesco though... it's always had a foreign food section, but there was a new area to it. American food. All the Poptart flavours, Welch's Grap Soda, LUCKY CHARMS.
I may also have forgotten to pick up the one item I WENT to Tesco to get, but hey, I have Lucky Charms *grins*
Other than that, I've been reading lots of fic, watching lots of TV & Movie (my lovefilm rental has definitely been used to its full potential!) and playing lots of Township and Disney City Girl.
If anyone has recommendations for Parker/Hardison/Eliot fic, or Jack/Ianto fic, or Ianto + Tosh friendship fic, or gen Ninth Doctor + Jack + Rose fic, I'll gladly take them!
