(no subject)
I'm feeling a lot more llama-like today. I'm surprised it's only taken 4 days - maybe I'm not as old as I thought I was. ;)
Sunday/Monday I was all "I'm too old to be having this much fun" and quite cranky about it.
Today I can actually move without wanting to cry. I still ache like fuck everywhere - both hips, both knees, both wrists, both elbows and my right shoulder - but its only an ache compared to the PAAAAIIIN of the last week. I don’t have anything wrapped today either, starting to regret not having my left wrist braced though. Nor have I taken anything stronger than double ibuprofen.
No sympathy though, it's all my own fault. A certain little llama may have stood for the majority of the last two gigs.
Well, Birmingham I sat for Jenn, stood for Brian and stood for like all but two of Christian's. Brian's reaction was hilarious and damn he gives good hugs. I kinda adore Brian, just for the record.
Manchester I sat for Jenn, stood for Riley (duh!), stood for Brian and stood for about half of Christian.
Like I said, self-inflicted, all my own fault and so fucking worth it! :D
I'm shaking off this cold quite nicely; it seems to be burning out as quickly as it came to say hi. I'm getting my voice back, it's not hit my chest *touch wood*, my fever's dropped and my head feels a lot less stuffed with cotton wool. Although I'm worried I'm going to turn into an oompah loompah the amount of OJ I've drunk in the last couple days!
I really need to remember to post my con2 photo ops, will get them done tonight and I'm just waiting for charlies_dragon to send me my pictures from Dingwalls :)
