More for my reference than anything else, food plan for the next 7 days looks something like:

sun lunch - ham, egg + chips
sun dinner - leftover tuna + sweetcorn slice

mon lunch - tuna, sweetcorn, rice cakes etc
mon dinner - leftover pasta, sausage + bolognase

tues lunch - feta, salad + crispbread etc
tues dinner - tuna, sweetcorn, peas, creme fraiche + rice

weds lunch - leftover tuna, sweetcorn, peas, creme fraiche + rice
weds dinner - Creamy cheese & tomato pasta

thurs lunch - leftover Creamy cheese & tomato pasta
thurs dinner - freezer

fri lunch - feta, salad, crispbread etc
fri dinner - No-cook chicken couscous

sat lunch - leftover No-cook chicken couscous
sat dinner - pineapple rice + gammon
