OMG you guys, I swear if I didn't know better, I'd think I've had the flu these last few days. The only time I've ever felt this exhausted was when I had the piggy plague a few years ago. This is the level of exhaustion where you walk downn the stairs to get a drink and have a 2hr nap to recover, or need a nap after a shower because you're that trembly. Ugh, I am SO not amused. My fever was around 101 for most of the day - sweated through my pjs and my dressing gown and yeah, if I had the energy, I'd be changing my bedding. Hence the shower. Although the needing to sleep afterwards kinda defeated the object of it.
When I've not been asleep I've been either playing Farmville or The Sims Social. Or sucking at Bejewelled Blitz or Mahjonng or the various bubble games. It's a good job you don't have to be good at games to enjoy playing them. I suck epic donkey balls but oh my god, I can't stop watching.
I've also been reading. Mostly Moon Called by Patricia Briggs - the first of the Mercy Thompson series. Easy reading but enjoyable. And, y'know, werewolves are always a good thing *grins*
This evening I managed to write a good 700 words of my mpreg big bang and get the first 5k sent off to beta. This one is running away from me, which is annoying since it's gotta be finished by next Sunday. Yikes!
Just gotta work out how to start the pivotal "are you all bloody idiots" scene and then that one should be good to go for a few k, right up to the point where I have to actually fix the boys after I've broken them - which I have no idea how to do LMAO.
I do, however, love how my notes say *note to self: google 'typical' injuries after being hit by a car*
My shiny new toy was delivered though. My new ipod nano, thanks to the 1st gen recall. Course, it was delivered to my mum's house so I don't get it til Sunday *pouts*
That;s about it fr updates from me, so I'm gonna go read a few more pages of Moon Called before going back to sleep, since I'm sitting here yawning my lil head off.
