Lotte is currently sitting in the garage having her service. I'm sitting at home nervously waiting for the phone call to come pick her up. No idea how much its going to cost me *bites nails* Then tomorrow she has her valet clean :)
My shoulder seems to be feeling better. Although that could be due to the 100mg of diclofenac, 1500mg of paracetamol and 24mg of codeine I've taken in the last 7 hours hehe.
But no, I was doing scanning today, because standing was easier on it than sitting and I found this knot in my side, so I worked it out. Then spent the couple hours I was standing at the scanner working out all the knots I could find and reach and oh it felt SO much better after that. Cracked and popped a couple times too. Sure there's a couple knots I couldn't quite reach or were too sore to touch but *purr*
Will give it a good go with the belt again tonight, maybe get mum to use the roller thing on my shoulder. We'll see.
But yes, car is getting made all shiny and I'm starting to heal.
