So, according to the scales I've remained the same weight for three weeks now. I know it's because I'm building up muscle with walking. I know I'm slimming down because of how my clothes are fitting, because I'm able to get into jeans I've not been able to for a while. But its so fucking disheartening putting in all this effort, SEEING results and the numbers on the scales aren't changing *curls up and cries*
