And here we are, Tuesday morning. I'm on a late today, 11-20:00 so I'm kinda thumb twiddling for a few minutes before I need to up and leave.
Not sure what to expect call wise today. Tuesdays are usually the quiet day of the week but of course, the call centre was shut yesterday with it being a bank holiday. So yeah... no idea how busy it'll be.
Hopefully not too busy, I'm in the mood to write!
