and about the food...i gave up all fast food joints and chain restaurants years ago, and its such a strange experience when im around people eating it. a friend was eating chicken nuggets from wendys just this afternoon, and the smell was literally making me nauseous. i do eat chicken nuggets, but i make them at home and they dont smell or look like that- at all! (i coat them in besan/rice flour). its weird how your body will adjust and then try to protect you. our ancestors would probably never touch some of the processed garbage passing as food.
