People DIE in this Tournament!

Well, today was a pretty good day.

I woke up around 8:00 and finished whatever Spanish Homework that I had left. When that was done, I started to read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire again. I only read it once and it was an amazing book. I want to read it again before the movie comes out, which I must stress looks AWESOME!

After that I went to Oakland for Rhetoric 160 at 10:40. We spent the whole class tearing apart an early song by Usher. It was very funny and every time I hear Usher, I'm going to think of that class period now. Professor Loncharich even put a picture of a half naked Usher up and made us look at it while he read. It was very awkward! After class, Kerrie asked Loncharich if he got her essay email. He said that he did, and then told her that she did it wrong. Apparently she made three separate stories when she only had to write one. I then began to die with laughter when Loncharich told Kerrie that she should go kill herself now. He must think that we are the two weirdest people ever. I left the room telling Kerrie that I would help her find a means to killing herself, and Loncharich called me back in and said I should help her not do it instead!

After that, Kerrie and I went to the Oakland Center for some food. They didn't have what I wanted so we walked around the food court. The chicken place had a roulette wheel and we both spun it, each of us winning a free meal. So that turned out well. Kerrie then accompanied me to buy those stupid 50 dollar CDs for Spanish. After that, we parted and I went to Spanish 214 at 12:00.

The class was interesting. We have our first quiz in it on Wednesday. I hope I do well, but it's pretty much review from high school Spanish, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I came home afterward and went to the Dentist office. The lady let me play old school tetris while I waited to get my teeth cleaned, and afterward I went to the Orthdontist. I came home after that and read for a little bit. Matt and his friends came home soon after and we laughed about MySpace pictures. We then got Ryan to pose in front of his car. Those are some interesting shots. Devon brought over pizza and an ice cream cake, each of which looks very good. I lost ten pounds since getting my wisdom teeth out, so I'm not holding back for food as of now.

On to other things, something is slowly, but surely, happening out of recent occurrences. I am a little hesitant, but can't help but do something with it. I hope everything turns out alright in the end. It would be really cool if it did.

On a side note, what person that has seen the Goblet of Fire trailer loves the introduction of the Beauxbaton girls? I found it corny, yet perfect at the same time. They all walk in and sigh while posing and butterflies flutter out everywhere! Harry then spits his drink out with shock and infatuation. It's a really well done piece and I want to see more scenes like that on screen! November 18th needs to hurry!

Speaking of November, it's going to be a big month. Goblet of Fire comes out, along with Rent. And, for the coup de grace, the Xbox 360 hits shelves! November will be a month to go down in history!

By the way, whoever posted that anonymous comment in my last entry is an ass. Grow some balls and stop hiding behind your comments. And just to mock you further, this entry was filled with no complaints, so fuck you! Have a nice day! :)

Ciao,
Mike
