Prom and Shiznit
Ok, first off, you guys are lucky the past few entries haven't been friends only, everyone up until this point has been. (and it started back in October the day Team America came out, such fond memories)
Anyways, Tuesday was a blast. I woke up around 8:30 and went to my second job at my dad's work at 9. I did some wire cutting and inventory (boring) until 12. We then went out to lunch and I then came home. The whole while I sent my mom on a hunt for a corsage. I played Unreal Tournament 2004 and did some other stuff until it was time to get ready. I then drove to Alayna's house and left my car there. We proceeded to head to Ryan's and took pictures there. I felt a little out of place because I only knew Aubree and wasn't very close to anyone else. The limo was cool. We got to prom and walked down the red carpet. I pulled out my phone to call my mom to see where she was and some paparazzi guy started shooting me. Little did I know that I would appear that way on the slide-show.
Prom was amazing. Aubree was such a fun date, I never felt left out or alone. And the group that I went with was really cool. By the end of the night I felt so at ease which was a change from the beginning. I told Aubree to start inviting me to more of their hangouts because enjoying the night with them was fun as hell. They seem like a cool bunch and I would like to get to know them better. Anyways, I danced a bit with Aubree and a select group of women, but they didn't give us enough time! LOL The food was good, but I expected at least soup or pasta before the entree. We went back to Alayna's for a bonfire party after and it was relaxing and fun. I just wish I could have spent the night and got drunk, but nooooo! I had to drive home! And not even Cartman's famous "but mom!" plea could change that.
Today was awkward. I worked out and relaxed after a long day and then went to Da Francesco's, my true job that I haven't seen in a week! We were really busy and to top it off, my fly broke towards the end and I stayed away from busing tables for rest of the time. Every time I peaked around the corner I held a rag there. Amber thought it was hilarious. I made some decent cash for the night too.
Well, now I'm sitting here drooling because Laura has Star Wars Episode III able to work on a DVD player and I want a copy. I should get it tomorrow. Star Wars marathon sometime next week! All 6 in one sitting! Well, I'm done for today!
