I - I want to extend my apologies. I haven't been feeling - whole lately. I've, well. I was - was - injured before I woke up here. So, I. I'm not exactly -
I haven't even had the chance to introduce myself. My name is - my name - my name - [Harvey groans and hisses.]
Two - Harvey. Harvey - Two Face - Dent. Former District Attorney of Gotham City

I'll have to consult the Commodore. It may be that until his actions can be confirmed in this world, there's little we can justifiably do. It can open an unfortunate can of worms to try and dig into the past of all people accused of such things, particularly if it isn't confirmable by anything but hearsay.
... "Joker"...? Nevertheless, I'll be sure to keep an eye on him.

He - no not him. He didn't kill her. But he killed cops. Countless cops back in Gotham City. Not that it matters, though. They deserved. [A slam cuts him off and he breathes.]
Yes, the Commodore. Please, please tell him about the Joker before we have another incident on our hands.
The Joker. He may not seem dangerous to you people, but he'll - he'll do it all again.

Perhaps, but one can foresee and control certain things, if one is attentive. There's no changing that, and that will always be unfair... unfortunately.

My name is Aizen Sousuke. You needn't worry about the Joker any longer.

Chance can't be seen. That's why it is chance. It is fated, perhaps, but there is still chance. We don't know what is going to happen; the flip of the coin, heads or tails, fifty-fifty. Those are the only things we can rely on now. The only things I can put faith in.
H-Harvey Dent. That's - that is my name.
Aizen Sousuke.
Thank you.

However, it's strange to me. Please pardon my ignorance, but isn't a District Attorney a man concerned with pursuing pure order? One cannot truly pursue a thing by leaving it to something as uncertain as chance can be.
It's my pleasure to pursue my duty. Your assistance is also appreciated.

I said I was a former DA. I have. I have lost that title by now. Pure order was. Was an objective.
Now it's fairness, righteousness. When the cops are the worst people of all and the hall of justice burns, there can be no order, no pure order, anyway.
I will try.

I see. A corrupt system of order; I suppose I can also sympathise. That's an unusual change of heart, Mr. Dent.
Of course.

Change of face, not a change of heart.

Surely there's more to justice than a false front, Mr. Dent.
