This Residential Lot is based on a picture and a floorplan found in an old 1971s Kit Home Catalog.
Sterling Kit Homes was once well known but had their heighdays back in the 40s and 50s.
For the 1971 Catalog,they only recycled some old floorplans and an older picture,that`s why this house looks so Mid Century-esque.
However while building this house,i took justice of both eras.The house is furnished with classic 50s furniture but the two cars are from 1968 and 1971.
