So I got a phone call today...
I was making dinner and my phone rang, good thing my mom sent my charger to me and it arrived today. I saw the number was a campus number, but it wasn't my office. My heart skipped a beat. I picked up. It was Jane the costumer director. She said she was going to call me tomorrow, but couldn't wait to tell me, as far as she was concerned I was her grad student.
SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
So I got it, in the fall I will be a grad student. She said lots of people at the theater department are excited about having me, and they're all looking forward to working with me. They could only take one grad student for the costume area, and they chose me!!!
If my boss weren't such an unbelievably heinous bitch this would be the best day ever.
