I went to the doctor as I came down with a fever I couldn't break. He gave me some real good cough medicine with codeine in it. All pain is gone but now my brain feels like it's slogging through molasses. I hate being sick, especially considering that I have 2 meetings this week that I absolutely cannot miss.
