That's what I'm loving so much about Delena right now. It's not that overdone "love got rid of Damon's bad-boy side!" trope. Damon and Elena both bring forth a side of each other they might not entirely want to recognize, but in FINALLY coming together they're embracing those parts of themselves and of each other. IT IS GLORIOUS. Just... this whole post, let me love it.
