I am utterly speechless b/c this was so good! Of course, I knew it would be amazing before I even clicked on it to read, but still, you know what I'm getting at ;) I love how we got both Damon and Elena's thoughts in this fic, and the raw emotion of it. I loved how Elena teased Damon about his baths (and the yummy imagery that inspired) and I loved the fight and how it led to sexy times in the end, and just...everything. Loved it!

And I know...I need to stop reading fic and get back to writing it. I'm almost done, I swear. I'm just so relieved that I have until at least the first week of October to finish it, b/c work is seriously draining my energy levels and Tyler being home all last week complicated things further. All else fails, you can at least read the fight/make up scene tonight ;)

I was wondering about you this week, but I didn't want send an email of doom if you were already stressed out. I'll have time this weekend for sure, and at least a night or two next week should be open!

I loved the whole bath thing, too. I think I could write an ode to Damon and the bathtub because it's one of my most favorite things ever...

I would love to read that!!! I imagine there would be mentions of bubbles, and how sexy his hair is when wet? And the glistening of the water droplets on his perfectly chiseled abs...yeah, my mind totally forgot what we were talking about ;p

I appreciate it that you didn't send me the email of doom :) I was so stressed it wasn't even funny. I have another shift on Sunday, b/c we're setting up the Christmas shop (I know, I think it's insane to have it that early too) so I'm trying to make some major progress on the final chapter today and tomorrow. I will keep you posted. I'm still convinced your fic is better though ;)

I shall go back to writing now. Hopefully Tyler staying up until 5am also means that he won't be rolling out of bed until noon!
