I feel your pain. I was so, so, SO nervous to write Damon my first time. Which is why I did a scene from the show--it helped a lot to get into his head within an already existing scene. The problem with Damon is he's so snarky outwardly, but not always inwardly. And it also depends how drunk he is!

The only way to do it is just to jump in feet first! The arc through these next few eps with Stefan is so great too--oh, I'm so excited for you.
