Munich and Tel Aviv

This is the same thing I posted on FB so if you already read that then you don't have to read this.

I figured I'd write this to remember everything I do on this trip like I did with France. Well, a bunch of bad things happened before we even left. Almost everyone got sick, though me and my brother were the only ones who stayed sick (he was so bad that they said he might require surgery and might not be able to go, but the doctor said it was ok). Then when the shuttle came to pick us up it overheated and we had to get off and wait for another one. The driver had also mentioned Germany, which we were keeping as a surprise for krystal, but we pulled it off by saying it was just a stop for a connecting flight. We went to Frankfurt and then spent the day in Munich. it was really nice and it's fun to try to read those incredibly long german words. I was sitting behind these really annoying college kids while on a tour who wouldn't shut up with their "i can't believe there are people who don't drink. that's like not normal. i corrupt everyone i meet". We also managed to see a live police chase as we walked through the city. Watching english shows in german is also funny, especially since it makes things seem angrier (especially Spongebob). The temperature was great and I love europe but they are super overpriced for the smallest portions of stuff. It was also extremely funny that every package of cigarettes had a giant label saying "Smoking Kills".

Today we arrived at Tel Aviv which is really nice too (though they held up 3 of my family members at the airport and are extremely paranoid/overprotective). My legs hurt from how much walking I did. The money here is also less valuable than the dollar so things are cheaper (I bought a hebrew shirt). The hotel was located on the beach and I keep getting the bigger room of the 3 cause I'm sharing with krystal and alex. People here are also nice. We realized that krystal had lost her camera so she went to this store outside the hotel where she last remembered having it and the cashier had saved it there for her. Tomorrow we begin our tours so hopefully I'll have more stuff to share.

P.S. Europe has an obsession with sparkling drinks and everybody has an obsession with soccer
