Well, there was an interesting article today in the Press. It was about the final 10. Quote: "In a surprise, Stephanie Edwards, one of this season's best singers, was voted off, while weak and sometimes unwatchable performers Sanjaya Malakar and Haley Scarnato were allowed to stay." I really laughed at the "sometimes unwatchable" line. I really don't think Haley is unwatchable, just Sanjaya.
And reading Sabrina's comment of Lindsay's post, I guess you had to have lived in the 60's, as I did, to know who Peter Noone and Lulu were. I'm surprised that Lindsay didn't know who Peter Noone was because of her rock and roll class. Maybe she didn't learn about the Monkee's. Anyway, Lulu's rendition of her hit "To Sir, With Love" was much better when she was a youngster. I rather thought she butchered the song Wednesday night. I was wondering what the judges would have said to her, had they been judging her.
Let's see....what else? I'm glad you are still reading, Sabrina.
The weather has been nice to take the children outside this week. I have a new three year old little boy in my class. Let me say, I am so glad God knew what He was doing when He sent me girls. Not to say that the little boy is bad...he isn't, and he is so cute. But all that little boy stuff...karate, motorcycle sounds constantly, punching everybody he sees in the hall, and just generally 100% boy at age three...wow! I don't know if I could have had boys.
We are in the process of getting our windows fixed. Finally. Hopefully we will be getting a fence soon.
Still reading the third Harry Potter. Haven't watched the movies yet that Megan brought us. March Madness, you know.
Glad that my girls had a good time at the Josh Groban concert. Glad that Lindsay showed some restraint. She could have climbed over the 4 people sitting on the side of her, but she didn't. Good for her.
Well, have a good evening. I love all of you. Mom
