"We're... dating."

"Dating?" Adachi's derisive laugh faded into a soft moan. "Shit. Just like that. Stay right there." He closed his eyes and leaned back a little more; he even let the gun slide down to his side, but Souji didn't look like he was in a position to do anything about it. He looked helpless and a little broken, two qualities that Yosuke never thought he'd see on Souji. Souji was strong and decisive and a natural protector. That was what had attracted Yosuke to him in the first place.

But this fragile little boy was a stranger. Yosuke didn't know him at all.

He blinked away tears and focused on wriggling his left arm, loosening the tape a fraction of a millimeter every second or so.

"How long has that been going on?" Adachi's voice had lowered slightly as Souji sucked him, developed a strained quality. His cheeks had reddened, and he wasn't paying as much attention to Yosuke, so he pulled a little harder at the tape and felt it give a little more. "C'mon, Souji-kun, I won't tell your uncle." He turned his attention abruptly towards Yosuke who immediately stilled his arm. "How long?"

"N-Not very long." Not your damn business, you sick fuck.

"Have you fucked yet?"

Souji choked again, eyes widening as his fingers balled into fists behind his back. Yosuke let out a harsh grunt and pulled his wrists upwards hard. The right one cut so deep into his wrist, he knew he'd drawn blood. But the left gave way. Finally, one gave way. But he kept it behind his back, slowly scratching at the tape on his other wrist with his fingernails.

"Do you want him to die?" Adachi snarled, gun at Souji's temple again. Souji whimpered, shut his eyes, and Yosuke gulped down the bile threatening to rise up again.

"No!"

"No what?"

"No, we haven't fucked, are you happy?"

Adachi positively beamed and twirled the gun around his fingers. "More than you know." Almost idly, he placed two fingers on Souji's forehead and pushed him back until his cock slipped out of the boy's mouth. "Get up." When Souji didn't move, Adachi wrapped his fingers around his neck and squeezed until every breath sounded like he was fighting a losing battle with his own lungs.

"Souji, just do it before he fucking kills you!"

Souji staggered to his feet.

"Good boy," Adachi said quietly. He trailed his fingertips down Souji's arm, down his stomach to the zipper on his pants. And Yosuke just kept scratching the tape, kept wiggling his right foot as Adachi unbuttoned and unzipped Souji's slacks.

"Adachi. Don't do this. Please."

Yosuke shocked himself with the sound of his own voice. It seemed to throw Adachi off, too, just a bit - he did stop moving, stared at Yosuke like he didn't quite understand what was going on. But then, the expression on Adachi's face vanished completely. All of it. The smirks, the angry snarls, even the goofy "no, sir, couldn't have been li'l old me" smiles were gone. He was just... neutral. No, not neutral. Blank eyes. Dead.

And Yosuke had the sinking suspicion that this was the real Adachi.

"Who are you to tell me what I should and shouldn't do?" the detective asked quietly.

He gave Souji a push forward, which sent him sprawling, face-down, on the bed, and tugged his pants down around his ankles. Souji didn't even fight as Adachi adjusted his position on the bed, tugging him down until his knees were on the floor and only his upper body rested on the bed itself. Adachi stared at Yosuke as he knelt between Souji's legs, but Yosuke had to close his eyes. He couldn't bring himself to watch.

Yosuke couldn't really describe the sound that Souji made. It was too short to be a sob, too deep to be a squeak, too feeble to be a snarl. But Yosuke could easily describe what he felt when that sound reached his ears: rage. Unadulterated, untamable rage.

The tape around his right foot loosened enough to free it. He set to work on the other.

"If you don't watch, I'll kill him."

The complete lack of inflection in Adachi's voice, not the fact that he'd been waving a gun around, convinced Yosuke that he couldn’t be more serious. Wincing, he opened his eyes.

Souji had buried his face in the bed, drowning himself in a dead woman's blanket. His shoulders were shaking violently, and Yosuke knew he had to be crying. Adachi's eyes hadn't ever left Yosuke's face. Even as he pushed forward, each hard thrust jolting through Souji's body like a bolt of electricity, he kept his eyes on Yosuke's face.

Yosuke couldn't have stopped the tears even if he'd tried.

"You're crying," Adachi commented in a soft, even tone. "Good."

Yosuke's only consolation was that it didn't last long. Five minutes, maybe less, and Adachi bit his lip, eyes closed in jubilation as he came inside of Souji's prone body. He never made a sound. All Yosuke heard was a single sob, muffled by the blanket, that twisted his gut and somehow gave him the energy to free his other foot.

He scratched harder at the final piece of tape wrapped around his wrist as Adachi knelt back with a contented sigh. It broke just as Adachi zipped himself back up and started to rise to his feet, and Yosuke launched himself out of the chair with a sort of guttural war cry. He reached out for Adachi, fists clenched, calling out for Susano-o as he dashed forward...

And without missing a beat, Adachi cracked him in the temple with the butt of the handgun.

Yosuke fell to his knees, overcome by a wave of dizziness and nausea so strong he briefly forgot his own name. Adachi's voice was the last thing he heard before he crumpled into unconsciousness.

"You're out of your league, kids."

*****

//-you guys? Yosuke-senpai? Souji-senpai? What's going on?//

Rise's voice echoing in his head brought Yosuke back into consciousness. He blinked his eyes open, hissing when his throbbing head protested, and nearly threw up when he saw Souji.

Yosuke didn't know how long he'd been out, but Souji had barely moved. He'd managed to drag himself completely onto the bed, but he was still lying, face-down, with his hands cuffed behind his back. Yosuke saw him shift, saw him turn his head to the side, and met his eyes.

Souji's cheeks were still shiny with tears. "Yosuke, I really need you not to look at me right now."

Ignoring the lump in his throat, Yosuke looked away.

//Seriously, you guys, what the hell is going on? Are you okay?//

Yosuke sighed. //Yeah, Rise-chan, we're... no. We're not. We're in-//

//That bedroom thing, yeah, we know that. But why did you go there by yourselves? We've been looking for you in the real world for hours! And...// Her voice trailed off. //I'm getting, like, this really horrible vibe from you guys.//

//We ran into Adachi. He... terrible things happened.//

//Oh my God, what?!//

//Just... we'll tell you later. Give us a few minutes. We'll meet you back at Junes.// He allowed himself a furtive, fleeting glance at Souji before he responded. //Rise-chan... I think we're out of our league with this one.//

Yosuke cut off the connection and finally allowed himself to vomit.

I went more angsty, less pr0n-y. Hope that's okay. :3

I KNOW RIGHT. I want to hug them after I've put them through hell. Yanno, just so I can do it again.

That image has been in my head for awhile now. Actually, the picture in my head is Crazydachi with Souji's glasses and Yosuke's headphones. With the gun. And the police tape. I love it.

ANYWHO THANK YOU ANON!
