U.N. council passes gay rights resolution

The only thing I really have to say about this is;
Really? No shit? I think it's sad the U.N. has to make this glorious proclamation about LGBT rights, when there never should have been a question about equal rights for people of any gender or sexual identity.
I have lost a lot of friends who thought they couldn't find the way to acceptance in their sexual and gender identity. I have been ostracized by classmates and teachers just for the rumors of me being a big fat dyke.
This big fat dyke thinks it's bull shit and something worth getting pissed off about. Stop being awful to people and give them the rights they deserve.
Why do people thing that basic human rights are "special interest rights" when it's for people who don't fit into their social class? Fuckin assholes
