I heard this guy (a really awesome guy, too) talking about peacocks this morning in the gym. And, you know, they really are nice looking birds.

And thanks, Luke, for introducing me to your friend. I think we really hit it off.

haha well the first time luke ever mentioned you to me he referred to you as "my friend who is only 4% body fat" so thats how i know

I'm not sure whether to feel complimented or not. I'll have to find out Luke's percent body fat and start introducing him as that.

i'd say it's a compliment i guess... but at first i thought it was just weird that luke knows the percentage of his friend's body fat... how did u guys get into that?

There was a gym class (I should say wellness because they don't let us call it gym)last year where they offered to take our body fat percentage. And my teacher took mine and told me I was too low for the scale, but she'd guess it was 4%. And I told Luke, and it's become his favourite thing to tell people. It's a wierd thing to be known by, I think.
