Anyone close to you, but especially that. If they murdered someone you cared about, or even hurt them, don't they deserve to be hurt in return?

If that were to happen, I would have to arrest them, in my capacity as an officer of the law. They would be tried by local law and dealt with by the appropriate authorities.
