Thursday and Friday were great. Thursday I got to take a nice long nap with the baby. We visited with my folks for a while and I saw my kitty cats. I got to watch all of smallville which usually I only get to see the last two seconds and then the preview. Friday was laundry day. I did about 10 loads of laundry. Is it folded and put away? Heck no, that will be my job for tomorrow, if I get two seconds to rub together. Both days we watched the BSG marathon on sci-fi.
Saturday was very nice. My goddaughter turned six on Friday so we celebrated at donkeytool's house. I read the invite wrong (again) but we were just in time for cake! She really is the cutest 6 year old I've ever seen. We got to play with copiecat and the little one, she's getting tons of chompers and still starts laughing every time she sees me.
The boy was 6 months old on Saturday, how time flies.
Yesterday I finally got to read Buffy comic #3. It was great!! I had to re-read the first two (memory is not what it used to be). Come to mention it, I might have to re-read 3.
My husband really annoys the shit out of me sometimes. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK HIM WHAT TIME HE'S GOING TO BE GETTING UP ON A SUNDAY. I think I'm just really bitter that he never got me a card for Mother's Day, when he talked for weeks about getting me something. I expect too much, I know.
Guess I'm a little cranky, the little boy didn't want me to sleep last night.
BUT I'm down two pounds so I guess I can get over the sleeping late thing, but not the card thing.
