(no subject)
It's been about a month since John stopped working at the day job he had; he's applying to places but not hearing back from them. It's very frustrating right now. I'm working extra shifts at the day job, for instance I'm working saturday mornings (like right now), to help out. Tonight I'll work at gap kids.
I'm totally enjoying the new fall season of television. Working at the store at night is hindering my enjoyment of House and Fringe, but that's what mom's dvr is for right?? :-)
Heroes was great the other night. I was so tired and didn't realize that it was 2 hours (three if you count the pre-show) and found myself wishing that it was time for me to go to sleep... how sad is that.
Can't watch much of Smallville due to Joey's 9pm bedtime (8pm bedtime = 6am wake up time or earlier), but have been watching Supernatural. Wish that I had watched more of the series.
Loved SG-A last night. I've got Joey saying 'poor rodney' whenever it's on. I've got a soft spot for snarky McKay and don't like it when he gets picked on. DEAR SCI-FI, PLEASE RECONSIDER CANCELLING STARGATE ATLANTIS!!!!! copiecat ; i edited
Caught part of Julie Taymor's Across the Universe last night. Trippy, but good use of Beatles music.
I'm almost down another 10lbs. I'm so happy. Not sticking to my diet as I should be, but things have been a little busy. And I'm missing sugar in my tea.
John and I had to discuss the baby issue. We wanted to start trying again this month, but with things the way they are right now, looks like we're going to wait a little longer.
That's about it for now, see what a boring life I lead.
