Who The Hell is Fangdan? from the_embattled
So, there seems to be a new big bad in town. Fangdan. The kicker? He knows about me, which means he's gotta know about B. He sure as hell did his research on us. I let the one vamp go. I had to get that message back to this Fangdan guy. I guess these guys were sent to scare me, but that shit didn't work.
Wes wasn't on the same page as me. He thought I shoulda kept the vamp around and ask him where B was. He had a point. I shoulda thought about that, before. I was just so pissed off at that second, that it didn't cross my mind to even ask him. He's gone now, and we don't even know where he's going. We coulda followed him. That would have took us to Fangdan. It's cool, though. Wes was the only one that knew anything about Fangdan. I didn't know anything. I wanted to find out more about this guy, before I came face to face with him. "Tell me about Fangdan."
"Fangdan is every bit of a thorn as Angelus or Darla was. He's one of the greatest killers in Europe. He probably ranks second in death's in Europe behind the Plague and it's not an exaggeration."
Great, I'm dealing with a crazed killer. Fangdan had some clout, too. He might be a tough one. Nothing I can't handle, though. Then, he mentioned something about Willow. Willy gave us the scoop and the last time he heard anything, she was all crazy and evil. I don't know how much of that is true, but if he was lying, I'm gonna come back here and kick his ass.
"Alright, well we've gotta get all that we can on Fangdan, Wes. Strengths, weaknesses, hangouts, minions, and all. Do you all about that stuff? Do you know anyone else that knows about this guy?" I looked at him. "Oh, what about Angel?" I said Angel's name and it looked like I hit a little nerve. He nodded. "Yeah, but I guess asking him is sorta outta the question, right now. Sorry."
Angel's imput on this would have been useful, but it looks like we're gonna have do some research on our own. We can do this. Wes is a smart guy. He's all into the books and stuff. We can do the research and then, I can go and kill, Fangdan.
We had a lot on our plate. B, was still MIA, and we needed to find her and the rest of the gang. Especially, Willow. We don't know what the hell happened. It's frustrating when you have some many things to do, but you gotta just handle them one by one. I had to narrow down the threats. Willow, on the loose all crazy wasn't on the top of my list. Sure, we need to find her to make sure everything is cool, but she wasn't a threat to me. Finding B was up on my list. My guess, is that she skipped town. Where? I don't know. Maybe, she was driven out by Willow, or Fangdan. But, I knew B wouldn't leave Sunnydale that easy. So, there was still that gut feelin' in me that said, something big happened here in the past couple of days. Then, there was Fangdan. He was numero uno.
The bigger threat was Fangdan. He was raising somethin'. I have to be thoroughly prepared for what he had coming. If it turns out to be something I can't handle on my own, then I gotta round up the troops. Even, if that means bringin' Angel into the game.
But, first thing's, first.
"We need to start researching, Wes. We need to get this game goin'. Last I heard, SunnyD High was still down for business. So, we can't break in there. You got any ideas?"
