Mikrotik CHR unable to communicate on lan issue solution

Mirotik Chr is an awesome thing for cloud setup but it has alot of problems one of them is that you are unable to ping the dns or Ethernet cards not responding we everything is perfect all you have to do is to open terminal or from your virtual machine command line you will see license disappear and you need to renew the license from CLI

Then your problem will be solved.
