Ah. I see you actually have started reading it. *she looks faintly amused, and even a bit surprised*

Haha... Having fun? *She smiles and tugs Jeremiah's coat around her more*

It's, uh... [looks kind of freaked out] It's interesting, to say the least.

*she laughs softly and takes a seat, legs tucked neatly underneath her* Ah, perhaps I should've warned you of the disturbing content first. I'm sorry. *She smiles a bit*

[looks at the notebook] No, it's alright. I have had my experiences with ghosts and some terrifying moments, but they weren't as bad as this sounds.

[cursed_tattoo]

.... The ghosts you've met probably didn't even look as bad and these ones. There's the Needle Women or, the Engravers, who are tattooed themselves so they can understand the Priestess' pain. Their eyes are gouged out during the Rite of Spirits so they can "see" the priestess' dreams, and their hands are pierced with long needles.

*she pauses, looking thoughtful* They're the worst, I think. The other ghosts are just...dangerous and creepy. Hmm... There's some that are splattered with blood, but... Yes, the Engravers are the worst.

*she smiles bitterly* But Reika- the priestess, is the most dangerous. If she catches you, you can end up dying instantly.

[knightxwriter]

Yes, they sound rather gruesome. [flips back a few pages]

[blinks in surprise] Wow. I thought a bunch of men coming after you with an axe was bad enough...

[cursed_tattoo]

Hm, that's happened too... *she crosses her arms over her chest and tilts her head thoughtfully to one side* "More sacrifices, more blood." Haha. That what they'd say.

Hm. Well, I have a lot more books and information if you're interested. *she smiles ever-so slightly* Or... you could witness it first hand.

[knightxwriter]

[blinks] Oh. [he rubs his wrist a bit] Yeah, that sounds much worse.

I guess I wouldn't mind finding out more. [raises an eyebrow] First-hand?

Hmm...

Yes. I found out that I can bring people with me into my dreams- they're noticed by the ghosts, but if attacked, they're not as hurt as, say, I would be. Reika tends not to notice them though.... Which is a good thing, I assure you.

[knightxwriter]

Really? Hmmm... [thinks about it; he does have some combat training] What good would this do, though?

[cursed_tattoo]

Well, it's more interesting to see things first hand, isn't it?

*she hesitates a bit, then adds softly* Besides... I'm all by myself. Usually I'd have Miku's presence, or Kei's with me... But they're gone now- they've succumbed to the curse, so...I've been by myself. *She shrugs a bit* It's nice to have a little support.

[knightxwriter]

I suppose so. And it would help me understand this a bit more.

Oh. I'm sorry, I didn't know that. [inner knight mentality kicking in] No, it's not a good idea to fight tough battles by yourself. I know that all too well.

*she smiles a bit* So if you're interested, it's fairly easy. We jsut have to fall asleep, but I have to be touching you in some way.

[thinks about it for a while, but his inner desire to protect people kicks in] Alright, I guess I can try it.

[blushes a little] What sort of way?

[cursed_tattoo]

*her eyebrows raise in a, 'aren't you a bit young to be thinking about that?' sort of way* Not in that sort of way, I assure you.

Simple contact- hands touching, hugging- *pause* Well, maybe not so much hugging, but... Any sort of contact, really.

[knightxwriter]

[turns redder] Actually, that's not what I meant...

Yeah, hugging. I was told I'm not supposed to do that here... A-alright.
