1. With her bakery business a little slow one afternoon, Orihime starts to daydream about Ichigo.

3. It's prom night and Ichigo and Orihime sneak away for some super sexy, passionate sex in the bathroom.

Unfilled prompts:
Summer festival (Tanabata, Obon, etc.), last year of high school, kimono, plushie doll. Any of these.
Rival pirates Ichigo and Orihime both find the hidden treasure at the same time!
Orihime keeps having fantasies about Ichigo in other anime and comics and she gets distracted because of it.
Orihime is secretly lurking/stalking Ichigo, taking pictures of him for the annual Soul Society calender, sponsored by the Shinigami Women's Association. What will Ichigo do when he sees the calender and puts two and two together?
Orihime persuades Ichigo to jump into a pile of leaves with her
Orihime, Rukia and Tatsuki are visiting a local haunted house only to find Ichigo working part-time at the attraction
Hours before Karakura High's Annual Costume Party (feel free to make up your own title for that) Ichigo accidentally ruins his costume. Orihime comes to the rescue and helps him find/make/acquire another costume. Hilarity ensues
The nakama attend a local fall festival (in traditional dress?) almost a year after the Winter War. At seventeen, they are a little more mature, and are making plans for upcoming winter formal, graduation, college testing, etc
Some good old-fashioned Victorian Era maid shenanigans, like the type you'd see in Princess Sara or Emma?
Orihime thinks she's just an amateur magician and that it's merely a hobby of hers. Imagine her surprise when she's practicing a "bunny in the top hat" skit at home when she pulls out a nekkid? Ichigo instead! Hilarity ensues! More
Older!Orihime playing around with new office worker younger!Ichigo.
Ichigo as hospital administrator, and Orihime as an architect submitting the winning bid for the new wing of the hospital
Orihime makes a New Year's resolution to come clean to Ichigo about her feelings. More
"You have betrayed me more totally than I ever believed possible, and hurt everyone I love past bearing. So tell me why I still feel this way when I look at you."
Ichigo is in love with Orihime, but Orihime hasn't noticed his feelings for her.
