WTF Olives

Maybe it's like... 3 WHOLE olives, they'd have like 3 or 4 sliced up bits, right? That should be the real rule.

I thought of this, but... no offense to people who work at Subway or any minimum wage job, but I don't know if many people know how many slices would make a whole olive. I mean, the only way I know is because my favorite meal involves sliced olives, and back before I became amazingly lazy they sold sliced olives I used to have to slice my own. The rule would either need to be written as 'the equivalent of three sliced olives' which is just awkward and assumes too much! 'Nine to twelve sliced pieces' would make more sense, but then where would we get the 'three' number from?

yeah, I'm putting too much thought into this...

Yep. Agreed. Well, our rule was 2 for a 6 inch, 4 four a footlong. They're supposed to be a "garnish". On the inside of a sandwich.
